Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Client Services Associate to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. This is an in-person position requiring attendance in our office five days a week. The ideal candidate is personable and confident on the phone with strong follow-through, thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable using a range of software tools to keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person, delivering a warm, professional, and helpful experience.

Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and courteously, and follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution.

Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues when possible.

Track and manage active leads, ensuring each is logged, prioritized, and moved through the pipeline in a timely manner.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and conference rooms.

Support day-to-day office operations, including mail handling and supply management.

Enter and update information across various software platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and phone communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Proficiency with common office and business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email and calendar tools, and CRM systems), with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work on-site in Leesburg, Virginia, five days per week.

A team-oriented and customer-focused attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.

Prior experience in a client services, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
