As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) , you'll work in a supportive environment that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Our structured scheduling provides time for individualized treatment, documentation, and collaboration, so you can concentrate on making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families you serve.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve:

Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care.

Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when applicable.

Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families through compassionate, one-on-one care.

Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current Texas Occupational Therapist license (or eligible to obtain before start date).

Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
