Product Marketing Manager

Compensation: $120,000-$180,000 base salary + equity (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Our partner is a rapidly growing AI software company building tools that help modern revenue teams operate more efficiently. Their platform transforms customer conversations and workflows into structured intelligence, helping organizations automate manual sales processes and improve go-to-market execution.
Our partner is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help define how new products and features are brought to market. Historically, the company has moved quickly on product innovation and is now investing heavily in the storytelling, positioning, and distribution side of product launches.
This role is highly cross-functional and combines elements of product marketing, growth marketing, launch strategy, customer storytelling, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution — someone comfortable building launch narratives, coordinating campaigns, working directly with customers, and helping the market understand why new product releases matter.

Own and manage launch distribution across channels including LinkedIn, email, customer communications, and digital campaigns
Build customer stories, case studies, and product narratives through direct customer conversations
Coordinate external launch initiatives including creative assets, influencer partnerships, and marketing campaigns
Support sales enablement efforts through materials such as battle cards and launch documentation
Manage customer newsletters and ongoing product communication initiatives
2-6 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related marketing role within a technology or startup environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical products into clear customer value
Experience managing cross‑functional projects and coordinating launches or campaigns
Experience creating customer‑facing marketing content, launch campaigns, or sales enablement materials
Strong academic background or demonstrated history of high achievement
