At Fiddlers Green Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, we're dedicated to providing superior nursing care in a friendly, professional, family-oriented atmosphere. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and service.

We're seeking a talented Receptionist (Evening) to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls and inquiries, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain accurate records and files, including patient charts and medical records

Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed

Perform other administrative tasks as required

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

Prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service industry an asset
