Hospital Liaison (Full Time)

The Clinical Liaison serves to develop and maintain key relationships that generate admissions to Jasper Grove Recovery facilities with every Hospital, Psyciatric Facility, and medical/clinical groups.
Perform Market Research across the defined territory to identify target accounts

• Cultivate new relationships with Hospitals, Psyciatric facilities, Urgent Care Centers, Physician Groups, and Large Clinical Groups of at least 10 practitioners
• Visit every hospital, every shift, at least every week, within the defined territory
• Obtain at least 30 touches per week from non-Hospital accounts, visiting them, dropping brouchures, and providing educational resources
• Maintain accuracy and up to date status of CRM activities
• Ensure healthy sign up for Landmark list serve monthly email generated by marketing (at least 50)
• Utilize marketing generated pamphlets about relevant articles to target population weekly
• Generate at least 12 commercial admissions per month within six months of facility opening or start date
• Present a profitability analysis to P&L managment
• Thoroughly assess the market to identify potential referral partners and community events
• Find quick solutions to get patients from current location to the facility

Maintain accurate and up to date CRM

• Operate independently to understand a market and successfully drive admissions from identified referral partners Language, Math and Reasoning
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Position Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent field preferred
• Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred

• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent with using a CRM
