The successful candidate will be responsible for driving down labor costs per prescription, redesigning and implementing improved process flows, and leading facility expansion initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to optimize shipping, packaging, and logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with building and managing large operational teams, establishing KPIs, and partnering with cross-functional leadership on supply chain, procurement, and growth planning.
