Litigation Paralegal

We are partnering with a nationally recognized litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing Los Angeles office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys managing complex cases from inception through trial.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout the life cycle of civil litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.

Prepare and electronically file documents in both California state and federal courts.

Organize, review, and maintain case files, evidence, and litigation materials.

Coordinate document collection, review, and production during the discovery process.

Conduct legal and case-related research.

Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and third-party vendors.

Ensure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and internal case management procedures.

Minimum 6 years of litigation paralegal experience.

Demonstrated experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.

Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document/case management software.

Associate's Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies preferred.

Experience in insurance coverage, first-party property, commercial litigation, or complex civil litigation is a plus.
