Healthcare Recruiter - Physician

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated Physician Recruiter to join our Chesterfield team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted recruitment partner to healthcare organizations, leading physician and advanced practice provider searches and connecting clinical talent with communities in need. Leveraging our innovative sourcing tools, established resources, and industry expertise, you’ll help clients solve critical staffing challenges while building a rewarding career that offers uncapped earning potential.

Partner with healthcare leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies

Lead physician and APP search engagements from intake to placement

Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and recruitment updates

Source, engage, and qualify physician and APP candidates through targeted outreach and networking

Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing materials

Travel for onsite client visits (30% annually)

Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of recruiting experience required; physician or healthcare recruiting experience preferred

Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills

Confidence and resilience in proactive cold outreach, including phone calls and emails

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies
