Barback-The Hotel Bar

The Iconic Stanley Hotel is seeking an experienced Barback to join our team.

Responsible for set‑up, mixing of drinks, service, and clean‑up of the bar area while delivering quality service and guest satisfaction, and maintaining company standards.

Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.

Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.

Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

pushing carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar 50‑100 lbs.; Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of 8‑hour shift.

Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time, follow verbal and written instruction in English, and communicate both verbally and in writing.

Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.

Ability to accurately count cash. Ability to operate cash register.

Physically strenuous – prolonged standing, walking, lifting and carrying throughout entire shift.
