As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will work in a welcoming outpatient office setting designed to facilitate healing and recovery. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy clinic, ensuring that all activities align with best practices and regulatory standards.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, documenting your findings thoroughly in adherence to established protocols.

Design and implement individualized treatment plans that progress patients toward their rehabilitation goals, regularly updating these plans based on patient progress.

Keep accurate records of patient interactions, including progress notes and reassessments, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about therapeutic strategies, injury prevention, and overall health improvement, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. You will adapt treatment approaches to meet the specific needs of various age groups, including children, adults, and seniors. Your ability to understand and respond to the unique rehabilitation challenges faced by these different demographics will be pivotal in our patients' recovery journeys.

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Strong knowledge and mastery of various manual therapy techniques and modalities, enhancing the quality of care provided to patients.

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient documentation and communication within the care team.
