Registered A&E Nurse - Night Shift

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care
Schedule: Nights, 12 hours
Assignment Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Requirements:

License: Current nursing license
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a critical care setting
Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
Utilize independent judgment in patient care decisions.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions as needed.
Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
