In this role, you will work independently on a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects, supervise apprentices, and deliver the high-quality service our customers depend on. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a nationally recognized organization.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, sewers, water heaters, and gas linesDiagnose plumbing issues and execute effective, code-compliant solutionsWork independently on residential and commercial job sites with minimal supervisionSupervise and guide apprentice plumbers on assigned projectsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specificationsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standardsCommunicate clearly with customers and provide upfront pricing estimatesRespond to emergency service calls as needed, including evenings and weekendsMaintain accurate job records including work performed, parts used, and time on siteCoordinate with dispatchers and Master Plumbers to ensure timely project completionQualificationsActive Journeyman Plumber license in the state of employment (required)Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, including completion of a recognized apprenticeship programSolid knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systemsAbility to read blueprints and technical documentsStrong customer communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heightsCompensationBase salary: $60,000 – $79,500 per year, depending on experience and locationTop earners (high-demand markets): up to $92,500+Hourly equivalent: $29 – $38/hourOvertime and emergency call pay available (1.5x–2x standard rate)Performance-based bonusesClear path to Master Plumber advancementBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany-provided vehicle or vehicle allowanceUniforms and equipment suppliedOngoing training and professional developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesWe invest in our people.
