Sales Associate As a Sales Associate you will be the face of the brand to our retail customers and will be responsible for creating a best‑in‑class customer experience in the store, engaging a diverse group of customers, assisting with visual and operational maintenance, and supporting team collaboration.
Required Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage a diverse group of customers.
Customer service experience.
Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and adapt in the workplace.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge, experience, or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to the store’s customer base.
Attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
Preferred High School Diploma or GED.

Hiring and Compensation Hiring Range: $18.13 - $24.00 per hour. A part‑time or limited‑time position (e.g., internship) and is not eligible for all benefit plans. Details are provided upon hire.
