This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

Detention pay: $22-$27 per hour

• Live load/unload: $Driver assist event: $22 per hour
• Equipment cleaning: $10 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $22 per hour
• Rail delay pay: $22 per hour
• Refused delivery: $Truck order not used: $20 per event
• Waiting on truck: $22 per hour
• 22 per hour
• Compliance training: $22 per hour
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• New hire training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $230 per day
• **Majority no touch freight
• Paid online orientation
