Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

This role is responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and helpers. The manager establishes and maintains positive relationships with all front‑line employees and spends the majority of the day in the field with frontline employees. Standard work hours are 5:00 AM to approximately 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, Monday‑Friday; Regular review of best practices to enhance daily performance

Actively practice and seek feedback on coaching conversations

Document and maintain records required by regulatory agencies such as the Department of Transportation

Review and audit documentation related to route operations daily (e.g., Visit customers and customer sites to evaluate and resolve safety issues, seeking service alternatives where appropriate

Associate’s Degree (accredited) or, in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma (accredited) and two years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of the WM Operations Manager Trainee program
