Jetseal Inc, is a leader in high-performance resilient metal seal technology and production. We manufacture specifically engineered solutions for the aerospace, automotive, power generation and research & development fields.
Our Machinists use a variety of lathes, mills, grinders and other machines to create parts and support components. Our machine shop has both manual and CNC machines. Our parts are highly engineered, but often require rework to produce the final product. An ideal Machinist at Jetseal will work well in a team, highly engaged, adaptive, and receptive of input from multiple departments.

Remove and replace dull cutting tools.
Listen to machines during operation in order to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.
Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools, or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty or if machines malfunction.
Modify cutting programs to account for problems encountered during operation and save modified programs.
Calculate machine speed and feed ratios, and the size and position of cuts.
Insert control instructions into machine control units to start operation.
Move material, tools, fixtures and equipment as required.
