Quality Engineering S

Overview We are looking for a TPSF Quality Engineer to support multiple programs at the Thermal Protection Systems Facility. This role involves ensuring quality assurance for contract and AS9100 requirements while working with NASA and other partners.
Responsibilities Establish and assess quality performance criteria in the execution of program requirements.
Develop, maintain, and support processes and metrics that align with contract and AS9100 (latest revision) requirements.
Review work documents and procurement documents to ensure proper application of inspection requirements.
Create, update, and validate Acceptance Data Packs.
Maintain statistical process controls and analyze data using hypothesis testing, normal distribution, and process capability analysis.
Prepare and present reports summarizing data and providing recommendations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
Expertise in quality, with proficiency in statistical analysis and sampling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer interface skills.
Strong project management skills, able to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, and Outlook.
S. citizenship or permanent residency required; Willingness to travel to support position requirements.

Travel to customer locations, including airline travel if needed.
Perform physical tasks such as walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and using personal protective equipment.
