Senior Software Engineering - Telecommute

Deep Sync is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to be a core member of our US engineering team. This individual will make significant technical contributions to the design and development of our AI-first products and platforms. This role requires a skilled technical professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Own and develop complex features and components of our AI-first product portfolio, from design through to deployment.
Contribute significantly to creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including product management and design, to define, architect, and ship new features.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale software products.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ .
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS ) and containerization technologies (e.g., Experience working in Ad-Tech industry is a bonus

Kirkland, WA (This role requires on-site presence for the first six months. After that period, a hybrid schedule may be available—typically remote on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday, subject to manager discretion.)

Roles based in Washington and Florida follow our hybrid/in-office requirements, while positions in all other states are fully remote.
