Description
Evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment plans
Implement physical therapy interventions that prioritize mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, planning for discharge, and home exercise routines
Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility regulations
Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and care team rounds to ensure a seamless care experience
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification preferred
