TITLE

Registered Nurse - Telemetry

SCHEDULE

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Schedule Type: 3 x 12 Hours

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

REQUIREMENTS

Current RN License
Stroke Certification

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess and plan for direct clinical care to assigned patients.
Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Support the facility's leadership to maintain safety and care standards.
Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES

Scrubs (RN): Ceil blue or white
Scrubs (CNA): Hunter green
Contact House Supervisor for nursing cancellations.
Patient ratios: 1:7 or 1:8 Nurse to Patient in certain units.
