Receptionist Front Desk - EVENING SHIFT ONLY

We are seeking to hire an experienced Receptionist to join The Retreat. Responsibilities for Receptionist

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
Flexible hours, and weekends are required
High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (preferred).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Knowledge of local attractions and services available to guests.
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
