Hospital Phlebotomist - 1st Shift

Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist to support our client's medical facility in Lexington, MA. This is a 3+ months with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Title: Phlebotomist II
Shift:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00-12:00, 1:30-5:00

Ensure patient comfort and safety during the collection process.
Adhere to standardized procedures for waived testing, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results
Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) as directed by healthcare providers.
Apply electrodes and monitor patients during the procedure to ensure quality tracings.
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist required.
