Front Desk Receptionist needed!!!

Provide general administrative and clerical support.Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.Maintain and tidy the reception area.Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.Supervisory RequirementsThis position has no supervisor responsibilitiesQualification Education and/or ExperienceMust possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multiline phone system.Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCandidates must possess an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
