URGENTLY HIRING! Staffing Recruiter
$40k - $55kSuperior Skilled Trades
Pay: $40,000-$55,000 per year plus monthly incentive bonus (pay is based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. This position is a great opportunity for someone to learn recruiting. This is an entry-level recruiting position with limitless room for career growth.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented position. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work. This is not a typical 9-5 position, this position requires occasional evening and weekend time when we are working against a deadline to staff a project. Staffing and recruiting experience is preferred but not necessary. Previous experience in fast-paced high volume customer service, recruiting experience, or other related experience
Bilingual preferred but not required
Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
