32.81 - 52.50 per hour
Bachelors
Lead and independently manage packaging projects for Quality/CAPA, regulatory compliance, and new product introductions across domestic and international facilities.
Author and approve packaging material specifications, technical drawings, and procedural guidelines to ensure robust product and packaging configurations.
Apply critical thinking and DMAIC techniques to resolve complex packaging issues, recommend design modifications, and perform financial analysis to drive cost savings.
