Parts Room Clerk Job Description
The Parts Room Clerk is required to handle the day-to-day inventory responsibilities, in support of other organizational functions. This position reports to the facility Purchasing Supervisor.
Process transactions for all materials leaving the department

• Perform cycle counts and associated data entry
• Proper storage and handling of the received stock
• Place tags and labels on the inventory stock as needed
• Computer skills are required

• Use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word are required
• · Forklift/pallet jack operating skills are required
• · Must be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision
• · Some maintenance background/knowledge of parts is a plus
• Must be available for weekend shifts
• Must be able to work 2-2-3 Shift (12 hours shifts) 4:30pm-4am
• No swing shift required
