What you'll do

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets while meeting quality standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders.
Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.
Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust project plans as necessary.
Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals, to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations while ensuring that deliverables align with their objectives.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Mentor and guide junior project team members, providing support and fostering their professional development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases.
Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, manage resources, and facilitate communication among team members.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with relevant certifications being a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello, with a strong understanding of collaboration software.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage.
Nice to have

Experience in managing international projects or working with remote teams.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
