Taproom Bartender/ Barback Part- time

Location: Bar Crenn

Wage Range: $23-$26 per hour plus tips

Previous bar back or restaurant experience.

Experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining establishments preferred.

Reliable and punctual with flexible scheduling availability; evening and weekend availability required

Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.

Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.

Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus.

Lead with an incredible business philosophy with emphasis on a positive culture, incorporating proven systems and implementation of SOP's.

Represent Atelier Crenn and Bar Crenn professionally through your personal appearance, communication, and respect for others.

Use equipment, supplies, and other materials with a focused effort to reduce waste and increase safety.

Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout service

Stock and replenish bar inventory including spirits, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware

Assist bartenders with ingredient preparation and cocktail garnish prep

Assist waiter with set up

Ensure ice bins are consistently filled and properly maintained

Change kegs and maintain draft beer systems

Clean and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and equipment

Receive and organize beverage deliveries

Conduct inventory counts as directed

Cut and prepare garnishes according to established standards

Maintain proper storage and rotation of perishable items

Deep clean bar areas, including equipment and storage spaces

Maintain cleanliness of bar mats, towels, and cleaning supplies

Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions

Support bartenders and waiter during peak service periods

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Assist with special events and private functions as needed
