Job Description: ABC Behavior Therapy, LLC (ABC) is a child and family-centered ABA agency seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Bartlett/Cordova Area! Are you sincerely wanting to make a difference in the lives of families diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum? We offer a 100% flexible schedule which is determined by you. There are no night, weekend or on-call hours required. Supervision and oversight for small caseload of 10+
Collect and analyze data and make changes to Behavior Intervention Plan as needed
Complete reports detailing the progress of an ABA program
BCBA Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification
Minimum of 6 month (1 year experience preferred) in designing and supervising evidence-based treatment for children with developmental disabilities, autism, and/or challenging behaviors
Experience with Skill Based Assessments and electronic data collection
