This is a 100% remote, full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies.
This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies’ in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies — there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved.
Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables.
No new H1B sponsorship is available for this role.

For every role, a technical coding assessment is mandatory. We are looking for a Coupa Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM (Business Spend Management) and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on Coupa Integration Cloud, API-based integrations, supplier onboarding flows, and data synchronization between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Coupa integrations in production, understands the source-to-pay process end-to-end, and applies disciplined integration engineering practices. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.
Design and develop integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems including ERP, finance, payroll, and supplier networks.
Build integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
Implement supplier onboarding integrations including supplier master, contracts, and catalog data flows.
Develop integrations supporting requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment processes.
Implement chart-of-accounts, expense category, and lookup data synchronization between Coupa and source systems.
Design error handling, retry, and reconciliation strategies for integration flows.
Profile and optimize integration performance and batch sizing for high-volume scenarios, applying systematic measurement, targeted improvements, and data-driven validation to deliver quantifiable gains in throughput, latency, or resource efficiency.
Participate in Coupa release planning, regression testing, and platform upgrades.
Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures — so that the system remains supportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers onto over time.
Stay current with Coupa releases and BSM platform evolution, regularly review release notes and community discussions, and translate noteworthy advances into concrete recommendations and adoption proposals for the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five or more years of integration engineering experience.
Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs.
Experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
Solid SQL and data transformation skills.
Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems.
Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury.
Exposure to supplier-network integrations.
