Title & Registration Processor I

RideNow Powersports - Burleson, with over 50 locations nationwide is looking for a Title Clerk .

What You'll Do:
Process on-road, off-road, and watercraft titles and registrations, including out-of-state transactions
Reassign titles from trade-ins and vehicle purchases
Manage lien payoffs and issue purchase checks for vehicle acquisitions
Notify customers when license plates are ready, offering pick-up or mailing options
Communicate with lenders and state agencies to resolve possible title issues
Verify all documentation for accuracy and compliance
Support the accounting and funding team with other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of title experience (out-of-state preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Public notary certification preferred
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
