Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Tower Lodge is currently actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care within their scope of practice, ensuring resident safety, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Currently looking for FT and PT. Mid-shift and Overnight shift. New LPN's are Welcome.

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards

Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in residents' conditions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and medication administration

Perform clinical treatments including dressing changes, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope

Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

Hourly compensation starting at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00 with no frills
