Job Description We are seeking a motivated recruiter to support hiring for light industrial roles such as warehouse, manufacturing, and production. This role is ideal for someone with prior recruiting and customer-facing experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced staffing environment. This position may involve on-site work at a client location and in our corporate office.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

Screen applicants and match them to job requirements

Conduct phone and in-person interviews

Manage candidate pipeline and follow up regularly

Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of hiring documents

Communicate with candidates regarding job details, schedules, and expectations

Support attendance tracking and day-one check-ins

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (ATS experience is a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
