Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Therapy Operations, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services

Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited therapy program

Minimum of 2 years of therapy leadership or management experience

Master’s or Doctorate degree in a clinical or management‑related field preferred

Experience overseeing therapy operations within an acute care hospital, inpatient rehabilitation facility, or similar healthcare setting preferred
