HR & Payroll Generalist (Part-Time)

One of the leading Beverage Distributors in Southeast Virginia is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist to join our team. This position offers a flexible work schedule that can be negotiated to fit both your and our needs.
If you're a HR Generalist with compliance, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration and talent development exposure, we want to speak with you. You'll use your understanding of Human Resources to help build relationships with employees with the goal of development and retention.
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Collaborates with the Department Head on implementing employee recognition and engagement programs
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute leave policies, disciplinary matters, performance reviews, occupational health and safety, and training and development
especially in personal interactions. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Recruiter.
