Represent a premier NYC luxury GC with exclusive projects
Our client is a premier residential interior general contractor specializing in full gut renovations of luxury apartments and penthouses throughout Manhattan. They partner with high-net-worth clients, top-tier architects, and leading designers to deliver exceptional, detail-driven spaces.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for the following:
Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids
Work closely with Project Managers and design teams during preconstruction
Assist in budgeting, value engineering, and cost analysis
Identify scope gaps, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
Maintain pricing databases and subcontractor/vendor relationships
A successful Estimator should have:
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
