Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the property and local area.

Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.

Perform other front desk duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.

Proficient with computers and basic office software; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a Full -time position with flexible hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
