We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish) . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming office environment.

Location: Orlando, FL 32806
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management.
• Perform basic administrative duties and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Provide compassionate and courteous customer service to clients.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – required .
• Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
