Training and Shadowing provided.

Ability to recognize when patient protocols or treatment plans need modification to meet appropriate patient needs and report to the physician.

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Home Health experience preferred; The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
