Head of Recruiting & HR

Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving people strategy?
This leadership position is key to developing people strategy, managing HR operations, and enhancing workplace culture. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee experience, and compliance, ensuring alignment with our mission to Raise the Standard.
Develop and maintain fair, consistent HR policies and procedures.
Manage full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance management and employee development processes.
Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports.
Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with practical application experience.
Proven experience managing compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-Occasional evening or additional hours may be required.
