Allied Universal® is hiring a KPI and Development Manager to support a large global entertainment client. The KPI Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks that drive strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness. The KPI Manager is a hybrid office/remote role. Office location may be in Los Angeles or Los Gatos, California; Develop, track, and report KPIs across departments to support strategic goals and operational performance

Collaborate with leadership to identify performance metrics relevant to each business unit

Analyze trends, variances, and patterns in performance data to support data-driven decisions

Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools using the Google Workspace

Lead regular performance review meetings with department heads to assess progress against targets

Provide actionable insights and recommend corrective actions when KPIs are off-target

Ensure consistency and data integrity in all KPI reporting and definitions across the company

Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes with relevant performance data

Manage monthly invoices based on client requirements, ensuring billing accuracy, PO updates, and timely submission to the client

Stay current with best practices in performance measurement and operational analytics

Review and analyze existing security policies and procedures and develop operational guidelines for new security systems and response protocols

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience

Extensive knowledge and implementation experience with advanced risk-based audit methodologies, policies, and procedures, aimed at consistently improving audit quality

Skilled in producing fact-based audit findings and crafting actionable recommendations that address risks and gain buy-in from various levels of management

Ability to provide insightful analysis of audit results to senior committees and leaders, facilitating root cause analysis and driving sustainable control improvements

Strong technical proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Excel with ability to quickly adapt to financial reporting systems

Have an expert skillset with Google Workspace

Ability to create documents, edit documents, and review large volumes of documents for errors with little guidance

Able to plan, manage, and follow through on projects and audits, meeting strict deadlines

Have knowledge of and be able to learn new software platforms such as SharePoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Experience in executing group audits with international component auditors

College degree in Business, Project Management, or other administrative management field
