About This Role The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population, focusing on expanding knowledge and skills while providing effective direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to improving patient outcomes and coordinating care among various healthcare professionals.
Schedule: Part-time, Evening shift
What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
Develop and coordinate a patient/family focused plan of care.
Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care.
Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology.
Adhere to American Nurses Association Code for Nurses.
Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required; Experience: 6+ months of relevant nursing experience required; 3 years of med/surg or Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred.
Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required.
