Our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming shopping environment while contributing to the store's overall success.

Working closely with the store team, they help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Their enthusiasm for fashion and genuine connection with customers make them an essential part of our team!

What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer

Support daily store operations including cash handling, visual merchandising, restocking, and light housekeeping

Help achieve individual and store sales goals through product knowledge and styling suggestions

Demonstrate a commitment to our company Values, our innovative Business style, our People Leadership principles, and our outstanding Customer First approach

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for fashion and current trends

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Great sense of style

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Compensation Range

$16-18/per hour
