We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team!
New grads are welcome to apply! This is a great opportunity for a new RD to build their clinical experience in a supportive environment. Join a supportive team with a full-time Registered Dietitian at the facility and a strong regional RD team available for additional collaboration and support. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, share best practices, and continue developing your skills while providing high-quality nutritional care to our residents.
Provide nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor residents' nutritional status and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to provide high-quality care
Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary needs
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
