Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.As an electrical engineer for GDMS, you will be part of a team that designs and improves new capabilities that improve our nation's national security. Our organization conducts R&D activities, bringing new concepts and products to our customers. We solve unique challenges that are often not seen in the commercial world, with agile teams that move on timelines that are much quicker than typical defense contractors.

Breadth in electronic circuit design, including high-voltage power design and/or high-speed communications
Familiarity interfacing with software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams

Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
Expert level understanding of electrical engineering and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects
Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work, if desired (9/80 schedule)

This position requires regular periods of onsite work, with occasional work from home and a flexible work schedule as program requirements permit.
