We learn, grow, and achieve more – in our careers and in our communities.**Job Description Summary:**One-year recent acute care RN experience**Responsibilities And Duties:**Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%). Outcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%). Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%). Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%). Operations (10%). As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
