What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
Site Location: Mission Viejo, CA Set schedule: 1st Shift: Saturday, 5:30 pm - 12:00 am; Sunday- Monday, 4:30 pm - 12:00 am;
~ 2nd Shift: a) Thursday - Friday,12:00 am - 8:30 am b) Saturday - Monday,3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Competitive hourly wage of $18-$20 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard
React quickly to threats or incidents
Document incidents and actions taken
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
First aid certification is an asset
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
