To assist guests of facilities with directions, information, and guidance in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner, while fulfilling the specific event requirements as determined by the Parking Managers and/or Director of Security. This position will be responsible for event shifts reporting to work no later then 3pm during event days.

Directs guests to parking spaces.

Answers questions regarding parking procedures.

Receives payment of parking fees and making accurate change.

Balancing unsold parking tickets.

This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
