As a Home Health RN with Orion Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to patients in their homes, promoting independence, comfort, and well-being. Our mission is to deliver exceptional healthcare services that exceed patient expectations, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional like you to join our team!
Conduct initial patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide education to patients and their caregivers
Monitor patients' progress, report changes, and make recommendations for adjustments to care plans
Current registration with IDFPR as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience: Home health, acute care or skilled nursing preferred
