2nd Shift Lead Cashier

The Lead Cashier is responsible for efficient guest transactions, maintaining cashwrap standards, and leading cashier training and development.

Performance

Complete cashier chat‑ins, chat‑outs, and associate exit inspections as needed.

Promote the guest loyalty program and Ulta Beauty app.

Assist in training new cashiers and cross‑training associates.

Lead peers to achieve peak productivity and performance.

Drive cashier accountability and follow system prompts.

Participate in ongoing brand and category training.

Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.

Control all cash and media at the cashwrap.

Complete select register open and close functions.

Protect assets and minimize loss through safety, inventory control, and loss prevention.

High school diploma preferred.

2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.

Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and adapt.

Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Role must be held by an individual 18 years or older.

Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
